Lights, Camera, Action, as longtime friend, photography colleague, and co-author Joe Farace and I step in front of the lens. For many years we’ve been meeting for coffee/tea/and occasional donuts to talk photography and solve world problems. We always have fun and make progress with the former.
Joe tossed out the idea to create a Video Podcast Series for YouTube, where we’d share with viewers some of the info and stories from our coffee sessions. Nothing formal or scripted. Just back and forth conversation from our 100 + combined years in the world of creating, teaching, and writing about our favorite medium – photography.

Shutting down the camera after 1st successful green screen take.
Truth be told, I was controlling the camera from the app on my iPhone, but couldn’t get it to stop the recording. Had to shut down the camera the old fashioned way – physically walking to it and pushing the shutter button. So much for technology.
